Sportsmen & women nationwide oppose the Pebble mine.

The rivers and streams of Bristol Bay are known by anglers around the globe as some of the greatest, and among the last exceptionally productive wild salmon streams remaining on earth. Wild salmon eggs feed massive rainbow trout as well as voracious Dolly Varden, grayling, and more. Hunters flock to the region to pursue trophy moose and brown bear, caribou, and upland birds and waterfowl.

The massive Pebble proposal is advancing despite shoddy scientific review and its risk to sporting opportunity and thousands of existing American jobs, not to mention the thriving and irreplaceable salmon-based economy of the region. Please contact the President and ask him to stop Pebble from gaining its key permit.

More information on the current status of Pebble’s permitting process can be found on our blog.
