At the end of the permit review process, which concluded that Pebble would permanently impact over 185 miles of streams and 3,600 acres of wetlands, the decision to grant or deny Pebble’s most important federal permit is in the upper-most hands of the Trump Administration, and could happen in the next few weeks.
